Group learning fosters individual development and connectedness. In order to learn sustainably, we need to engage and collaborate with others. I design and facilitate inspiring learning journeys.

  • One of my main areas of expertise is to design and conduct learning journeys and development programs. For 30 years I have been working as a business trainer and coach. Most of my trainings revolve around leadership, change, teamwork and communication. I love to work for international and intercultural teams, and provide trainings in both, German and English. 

    My clients, typically international corporates based in Germany / Austria (automotive, engery, retail, non-profit, etc.), look for strategic learning programs to develop and retain their high potentials and leaders. In designing learning measures, I strive to combine organisational and individual development, ensuring a lasting and sustainable learning impact.

    In addition to my work in the corporate world, I have continuously been in touch with academia. I have worked as a lecturer in "Intercultural Communication“, "Social psychology“ and "Psychology of Communication“ at local Universities. I also recently completed a Master’s degree in Intercultural Studies and have undergone training as a psychotherapist.
