Coaching is a goal-oriented learning process, for individuals or teams. The coaching journey is collaborative. Coach and coachee meet at eye level, the coachee is an agent and active driver of their learning process, the coach an inspiring and challenging partner. Coaching is empowering.

Coaching is a goal-oriented learning process, for individuals or teams. In order to establish a personal relationship of trust, we start coaching in a personal meeting, face-to-face. In the initial meeting, we analyse the status-quo, define the goals and set out a first idea of how to proceed.
The coaching journey is collaborative. Coach and coachee meet at eye level, the coachee is an active driver. The coach asks questions, listens, understands, provides methodical ideas and inspiration, and might also share his experience and advice to strengthen the responsibility and ownership of the coachee. Coaching is empowering. -
My coaching sessions often focus on leadership issues and challenges in the context of change, frequently addressing questions of personal motivation, balance, or reorientation. In recent years—with my additional training as a psychotherapist—I have also occasionally dealt with overcoming personal setbacks and crises or finding energy and meaning again after burnout and depression. How can I find my personal and humane way of taking responsibility in the harsh and performance-oriented environment of the market and my organization?

At the same time, I am hands-on and pragmatic, good at getting to the core of the matter, at addressing and tackling issues directly and finding new perspectives – and solutions.
